01 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Welcome to ace99. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between you ("User" or "Member") and ace99 ("Company", "we", "us") regarding your use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided by the ace99 platform.

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the ace99 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. This agreement includes the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on our platform.

If you register on behalf of an entity or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to this agreement. In such cases, "you" refers to that entity.

02 Eligibility to Use the Platform

Use of the ace99 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be fully met:

• You must be at least 18 years or the legal age of majority under the laws of your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You must register only one account only. Multiple account ownership is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being suspended.
• You must not be located in any territory or country where the use of our services is prohibited by local law.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list or under a responsible gambling program imposed by any relevant authority.
• You register and play using your own true and accurate personal information.
• You are not acting as an agent for any third party who does not meet the eligibility requirements above.

03 Account Registration and Member Responsibilities

To access the full suite of ace99 services, you are required to register an account by providing the requested information. All information provided during registration and throughout your membership must be truthful, accurate, current, and complete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. ace99 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

• Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at any one time.
• You must notify ace99 immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization.
• Identity verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal is processed. Required documents include a valid national ID or passport.
• Ace99 reserves the right to request additional verification at any time for security or compliance reasons.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be subject to administrative fees or closure at the discretion of ace99.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

Ace99 supports a wide range of payment methods for members' convenience, including FPX (online banking), DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and GrabPay. All transactions are processed through secure channels encrypted with 256-bit SSL encryption technology.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 10 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed within 10 minutes to 24 hours depending on the payment method and account verification status.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same name as your ace99 account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per application.
• Ace99 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for any withdrawal exceeding a specified limit for anti-money laundering (AML) compliance purposes.
• All transactions are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.
• Funds deposited for betting purposes may not be transferred or used for any other purpose outside the ace99 platform.

05 Bonus and Promotion Rules

Ace99 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward our loyal members. All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements and the rules stipulated for each promotion.

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once only by each eligible new member.
• All bonuses are subject to the rollover requirements stated in their respective promotion terms before withdrawals are permitted.
• Ace99 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there are indications of abuse, fraud, or attempts to manipulate the bonus system.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and have no cash value unless the rollover requirements have been met.
• Withdrawals made before the rollover requirement is met will result in the associated bonus and winnings being automatically forfeited.
• Each promotion has its own validity period. Unused bonuses that are not utilised within the specified period will expire automatically.
• Ace99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

06 General Wagering Rules

All bets placed on the ace99 platform are subject to the game rules applicable to each betting category. Users are responsible for understanding the game rules before placing any bets.

• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the ace99 system are final and cannot be cancelled unless a technical error acknowledged by ace99 has occurred.
• In the event of a technical disruption or network issue during a game session, ace99 will process the resolution based on data stored on our servers.
• Ace99 reserves the right to void or reject any bet suspected of involving fraud, system exploitation, or unfair conduct.
• Odds and payouts are subject to change without prior notice before a bet is officially accepted.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits vary by game type and are subject to change at ace99's discretion.

07 Prohibited Conduct

To maintain a fair and safe gaming environment for all members, ace99 strictly prohibits all forms of the following conduct:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any technological tools designed to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes or the bonus system.
• Abuse of promotions, including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity conducted through the ace99 platform.
• Attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with ace99's security systems.
• Sharing your account with a third party or allowing others to use your account.
• Any form of fraud, document forgery, or providing false information to ace99.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds and winnings, and legal action where necessary.

08 Account Closure and Suspension

Ace99 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent chargebacks, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the specified timeframe.
• Requests from authorities or law enforcement agencies.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period in accordance with ace99 policy.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the ace99 customer support team. Any valid remaining balance will be returned upon completion of the required verification process, provided no terms violations are associated with those funds.

09 ace99 Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ace99 and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any direct or indirect financial losses incurred while using the platform, including betting losses.
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance, third-party technical failures, or events beyond our control (force majeure).
• Data damage or loss caused by viruses or malware not originating from ace99's systems.
• Decisions made by users based on information obtained from the ace99 platform.

Ace99 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or be entirely free from errors. We continually strive to ensure optimal service availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime at all times.

10 Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Ace99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on our official website.

We will endeavour to notify members of significant amendments via registered email or in-app notifications. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest version in effect.

Continued use of the ace99 platform after any amendments are published will be deemed as your acceptance of the updated terms.

11 Privacy and Data Protection Policy

Use of the ace99 platform is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. Our Privacy Policy forms part of this agreement and should be read together with these Terms and Conditions.

Ace99 is committed to complying with applicable data protection laws. We employ industry-standard encryption to safeguard your data and will not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.

12 Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from them are subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in which ace99 holds its operating licence. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules set by the relevant arbitration body.

Before initiating any formal legal action, you agree to contact the ace99 support team first to attempt an amicable resolution. ace99 is committed to resolving all complaints in a fair, transparent, and timely manner.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
